1Pre-planning and information gathering: an experienced designer will meet with you at your home for a FREE in-home consultation to discuss your lifestyle and vision for the project, take measurements, and review products and services in relation to your budget.
2Planning, designing, and selections: the designer or sales consultant will schedule an appointment with you to review your project’s design and the wide array of products and services available, along with preliminary pricing and finalizing of selections.
3Complete the purchase agreement: after the final selections are made and pricing is finalized, the designer or sales consultant will review with you the scope of work and details of the project.
4Pre-construction meeting: The designer or sales consultant and project manager will schedule an appointment to meet you at your home to review the project, the expectations of construction, and the schedule.
5Materials and permits: materials for your project are ordered and scheduled for delivery, and any necessary permits are applied for (if required).

This 3BR rancher located in Towson was completely renovated both inside and out. Updates include a new roof, stone exterior, windows & doors, HVAC, plumbing & electrical systems, kitchen cabinets & countertops, hardwood flooring and more. Additions include a new front porch, a covered deck, a half bath, a walk-in closet, and a new detached 12' x 14' office.
This 3BR townhouse in Dundalk has been completely remodeled. The updates include an open floor plan, new custom kitchen cabinets and countertops, hardwood floors, and exterior upgrades including new entry doors.
We started the renovation of this 4BR split-level in Parkville by replacing the roof and siding, and extensive landscaping around the property. Upgrades inside included an open floorplan, custom kitchen with large island, hardwood floors throughout the home, plumbing/HVAC and electrical systems, and 3 full bathrooms.
We completely restored and remodeled this cute 2BR 2BA colonial in Parkville from top to bottom. Updates include a new kitchen with island, new flooring, new roof, siding, windows and doors, and a new rear deck.
